Hi,
I actually found the same video and posted it on my blog a while ago. It is great, isn't it? And you're right, the music is the best part! I also found a video (yes, I'm a YouTube addict) of babies in an African orphanage. The link is on my blog under Another Amazing Ethiopia Video on my blog (http://www.bigsisdiaries.blogspot.com) I've never been to Ethiopia (at least not yet) but I have been to Africa, and it's absolutely beautiful!
