This is an eye-opening article about the devastation of malnutrition in Sub Saharan Africa, and Ethiopia in particular. Sitting here in our comfortable home in Southern California, reading the article with a full stomach, is more than enough to remind me how lucky Joe and I truly are.

I found your blog through the ONE website. I was intrigued by the title "Our Road to Ethiopia" as my husband I just adopted from Ethiopia! This entry is most interesting to me because after going to Ethiopia it was VERY hard to come back to the rich and wasteful West withouth feeling something. We left pieces of our hearts in Ethiopia, and I wish you the absolute BEST of luck on your journey.
